Job Description:
Role Purpose:
Ensure efficient execution of mechanical maintenance activities through proper planning, resource optimization, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans
- Supervise maintenance activities and ensure timely completion
- Manage manpower, spare parts, and tools effectively
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and safety standards
- Monitor spare parts availability and equipment performance
- Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Diploma with 5–7 years of experience or bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years
- Proven experience in tissue paper manufacturing maintenance
- Good English communication skills
