Role Purpose:

Responsible for all activities from process mapping, designing, configuration, requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, end user training, documentation, on-going maintenance and enhancements for SAP BI and Non-SAP Business Applications.

Key Accountabilities:

• Implement and support of Business Applications in SPG to enhance the company’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of company’s satisfaction.
• nderstand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems. Work with business and IT teams and manage all project requirements. 
• Performs ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance. Analyze current system processes and design functional requirements.
• Maintains health of SQL databases and keep the track of backups. Develops and maintain automated database loads and extractions
• Develops integrations between organization systems based on business requirements
• Coordinates activities with network services and information systems groups. Assesses user needs to provide support and proactive service, including analysis of opportunities in order to take advantage of available tools
• Design and deliver high quality solutions that meet overall business requirements. 
• Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement through enhanced or new application functionality.
• Document functional requirements for systems and processes. Develop work schedules and ensure all application work within work schedule.
• Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and regression test plans. Perform regression testing to validate fixes and enhancements.
• Transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support.
• Provides ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of applications, including 24/7 on call coverage as required.
• Work with users and other IT members on a routine basis to troubleshoot reported problems pertaining to application software.
• Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmentally friendly methods.
• To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field. 
• 4 - 7 years of experience in the same field.  (Business Applications, SQL).
• Specific training in Salebuzz
• Must have at least Two full Project lifecycle implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)
• Comprehensive knowledge in SQL Database Implementation cycle.
